#GS3 had another growth spurt. He’s now too big for “18 months” clothing, so he’s wearing “24 months” clothing. He’s too big for everything I’ve sent him so far. Hopefully, he’ll get some use out of the Dodgers jerseys I plan to ship tomorrow before they announce that he’s wearing “men’s large”. -

#GS3 is getting an early start ... he's already discovered coloring on the walls. This is the reason I did not buy him those "easy wash off" crayons I saw. I figure "easy" may not be as easy as one hopes. -

#GS3 got his hands on a ball-point pen, so he's got a home-made tattoo on his leg. He had to lift his leg and show his grandpa his work. He also drew on a piece of cardboard, which he also showed me. He really enjoys scribbling. We'll see if this leads to a long-term affection for writing / drawing / painting. #sonTwo is getting fewer hours at $TEMP_JOB, so he's looking forward… -

#sonOne is getting fewer hours at $TEMP_JOB, so he's looking forward to more time to study. It looks like it may be June before $MAIN_EMPLOYER reopens and calls them back to work. -

Finished today’s #YoCo ( #yogurt and #coffee ) already. Good morning and #TZAG. Yesterday, I drank double my usual amount of (decaffeinated) coffee and my usual amount of water, as the resurgent cold kept converting fluids into mucus. I felt pretty unproductive as I coughed and sneezed the entire time I was awake from 03:00 to 22:00 ... but I guess I did get some things don… -

#sonTwo installed a "storm door" on the enclosed porch, so that they can sit outside in the evenings during the warmer part of the year. Today's #videochat with him and #GS3 took place out there. My grandson--like his father--is really texture oriented, so he likes the door mat. But other than that, he's not especially thrilled about a small area with no entertainment. He kept pointing at the door and babbling. -

I dearly love the videos, pictures, and videochats with #GS3, but I still feel like they're giving him too much screen time. None of us knew better when #GD1, #GD2, and #Little_Boy_A were little, so they spent hours each day in front of glowing rectangles. I wish this last grandchild to grow up acquainted with, but not engrossed in whatever's on the screen. -
