About halfway through today's #YoCo ( #yogurt and #coffee ). Indoor temperature is 60°F, outdoor temperature is 30°F. Outdoor cats' water dish has about 0.5in / 1cm of ice on top.
Very glad I'm not near the Great Lakes right now. -

Having my daily #YoCo ( #yogurt and #coffee ). #Yoghurt was frozen again this morning, but Tillamook thaws into something edible, while Fage does not.
I adjusted the refrigerator temperature control, to try to stop the freezing. -

Good morning. I added some more decaf, so I'm drinking about 1/4 regular and 3/4 decaf as part of today's #YoCo ( #yogurt and #coffee ). Going to take an ibuprofen, because I think it's lack of sleep that is causing this headache and I don't think I'll get a chance to sleep until tonight. -

Finished with today’s #YoCo ( #yogurt and #coffee ). Because I bought the pumpkin spice flavored coffee and added it to my regular decaf, still having the “got to go now” urgency thing.
This is evidence, I guess, that caffeine (or something else that gets removed during decaffeination) is behind it. -

Enjoying my daily #YoCo ( #yogurt and #coffee ). I temporarily have half-caff instead of my usual decaf because I bought a "pumpkin spice" flavored coffee and mixed it in.
The flavor isn't great, but it smells nice. -

Finished this morning's #YoCo ( #yogurt and #coffee ). Inspected garden. No tomato hornworms or other destructive caterpillars found. One of the feral cats came by for its breakfast, but didn't seem to like today's salmon & sweet potato flavor. -

Saw a praying mantis near the garden today. I left it alone, In the past two days, I've captured four tomato hornworms, including one that was longer and thicker than one of my fingers. Mr or Ms Mantis, your break is over. Get to work. -

I recently bought some #coffee, then realized it wasn't decaf, so I mixed it with the rest of my decaf. I guess I'm back to half-caff for a while.
I thought that maybe the caffeine would prevent that sudden sleepiness that happens when the indoor temperature passes 85F / 29C, but that did not happen. -

The newly opened container of #coffee is half-caff, not decaf. I might open another decaf and try mixing them. I don't seem to need caffeine, as long as the indoor temperatures are reasonable. -
