Not to be left out, my baby boy (the one year old in #MO) attempted to fix a chair today. He grabbed his electronic baby thermometer and stuck the tip into a screw hole and tried to turn it. #GS3 thinks he's Mr FixIt now.
Oh, and he made his "I did something cute" face when his mom took a photo to send to me.

I was just informed that #GS3 (almost 1.5 years old) learned to throw a ball this week. Prior to this, he played fetch the same way the granddoggy played. You would throw the ball, he would go and get it, then bring it back and put it in your hand.

Daughter-in-law sent a side view photo of #sonTwo and #GS3. The main differences are their ears and that one has a beard. Otherwise, they look as alike as two of the same model of car.

My daughter-in-law says #GS3 is getting along well with her parents, but they are really surprised at how much energy he has. (They raised 4 girls and 1 boy.)
Also, the truck I sent is a big hit!

Yes, they are there. I got video of #GS3 playing with his new truck, with the other grandpa in the background. The child slipped on some books (also in the shipment) and rolled the truck. I know he’s only 1, but I want to talk to him about his driving.

#GS3 (about 1 year, 4 months) is "helping" again. He found the broom and is sweeping.

I promised #GS3 that I would send him a surprise, so I bought him a toy truck. It is stamped "1+ year". That's "lorry" if you're from the UK or its nearby islands.

Today is "update the $EMPLOYER laptop day". I'll start shortly. But first, I'm watching a video of #GS3 reading Jimmy Fallon's Dada book. He also has the Mama book.

The city's #Independence_Day #fireworks show was unimpressive because there were at least three other directions with equal or better fireworks. The muni show also lacked pacing, so there would be 3-4 in rapid succession, then a longish delay before the next little batch. I gave up on it and went back inside. #sonTwo tells me that #GS3 is playing with the granddoggy's new ball more than she is. I guess he like hers better than the ball I sent for him.

Tonight's good night call with #GS3 was the first in a while. Apparently, he was up extra late last night, so he's still overtired today.

#GS3 has discovered that his mom freaks out when he puts dirty socks in his mouth. Guess what his new favorite thing is ... yep. It's even worth the emergency tooth brushing that follows.

I used to watch the original Power Rangers and Power Rangers Turbo with #sonTwo and his friends. I got to see some episodes of Power Rangers in Space with my nephews. I'd like to sit down with #GS3 and #Little_Boy_A / #Little_Boy_A2 / #Little_Girl_A3 and binge watch the first few seasons ... if they can watch without karate chopping one another.
