   @mangeurdenuage That's not a good thing. In the US, currently, most interaction with banks is through ATMs (machines, instead of tellers / clerks). If your bank's tellers pass you a phony bill, you have the opportunity to notice and object. If an ATM passes you fake currency, even if you notice it right away, you're cheated out of that money.

    Went to #California EDD's site to see whether I can use the site instead of wating for weeks to receive, fill out, and return paper forms by p-mail (postal mail). Turns out it is possible, if they give you a certain ten-digit identifier (that I don't know if I have), but they're way overloaded and backed up there also, and people have not been able to log in and complete their documents.
