Looking at https://rt.live today, it looks like eight states ( #, #, #, #, #, #, #, # ) are still seeing positive growth in the number of cases of # ... based on the number of people infected by each person who is infected. Most of the rest should be seeing slight declines. I think "open up quickly and get back to work" is a mistake, but once state officials see this, they'll immediately become sensitive to business & financial interests that are wanting to get back to work.
