@d0e The transparent proxy for everything should be enough. In one of the recent articles on the UK #IPbill it mentioned that the government was also interested in what apps people have installed on mobile (presumably so that "equipment interference" can then be better targeted) so having everything proxy through Tor is probably a good idea.
