   @sklaing everyone has to make their own judgements but these days I want as little to do with the Goog and their services as possible. I think they've done a lot of damage to the internet.

   So after a lot of messing around, it worked. Using the current nightly build of prosody I can get all of the XEPs to be available within Conversations. #Freedombone

   So no luck with the missing Conversations XEPs, despite configuration changes and trying the latest prosody nightly. It might be that those XEPs just aren't implemented yet in Conversations.

    @npze tried the latest nightly and adding an sqlite database, but still no change on the Conversations server status. Do you have an example configuration file?

    @npze  no luck so far. Prosody isn't configured to use any particular database so it might be that xeps such as carbons need a database.

    To anyone protesting at Yarl's Wood today, good luck. Those places are evil. The people detained there have committed no crime and are subjected to torture, sexual abuse and on a few occasions murder. Yarl's wood is by no means the only such place, but its reputation precedes it.

    @d0e I re-enabled Tor in the settings and now it seems ok. The unreliability might have been with the Tor network itself at the time I was testing it. Sometimes just going to the next circuit will fix that.
