@zoowar There's no reason to assume that fake identity will continue to exist, as fake names explicitly go against the #ECLA (end customer license agreement) with #Facebook.
Also, I believe you need to supply a phone number nowadays when registering with Facebook, or didn't you have to do that? -

@bob i guess mire that most will go to #whatsapp or #facebook and maybe some will come to us. Most people are on such #corporate #social #network (it is no real network as !gnusocial, #diaspora and #friendica are) so people from #twitter will likely follow them. -

Well ok, maybe the #Facebook one requires javascript to load all the way there even (I don't know, I don't use it). The WORST. No, maybe not worst. But the nastiest, most insidious, thing I experience on the web must be sites that require javascript to _fully_ load. Not just "you need javascript". But "here you go, all the HTML elements you need, table layout and whatnot - but most of them are PLACEHOLDERS". Wtf?! This happens on multiple sites where there is a long list of elements… -
