Sneezing and coughing today. AFAIK, I haven't been exposed to #COVID-19, but the daily quest to find supplies (we had no money, so we could not have stocked up even if that was planned) does put me in public congregating places a lot more frequently than normal for me.

I think sites like http://theinfectiousmyth.com/book/CoronavirusPanic.pdf are not helpful right now. It is very likely that there are a number of people who were misdiagnosed (false positives or false negatives), but to say that the disease (and the virus that causes it) does not exist is to play “see no evil” and “hear no evil” with the evidence.

Another long day at #work, which is starting to resemble a Soviet supermarket. We wear ill-fitting red shirts and have many fine consumer goods, just not today the ones you need. Panic buying has snowballed from idiot #covid-19 doomsday preppers to people panicked by the idiots, to people panicked by the people panicked by… And so on, but for how long? https://microblog.mjd.id.au/url/34631

It isn't likely to happen, but $EMPLOYER should put all of us that are not on assignments onto WFH and assign us to support other federal agencies that are working to contain and control the #COVID-19 outbreak. I'm not at all sure what we could offer (since most of us are definitely non-medical) Which reminds me: I need to go out into the garage and see whether there's an old u…
