I haven't been putting in much walking recently. Some days, I'm only getting around 2,000 steps. Occasionally, I may reach 12,000. I really should push harder for 15,000 daily steps, because I think that's right around where I feel better physically. @moonman We didn't get much from Goodwill, but there were other thrift stores where we usually shopped. Plus there were a couple of Baptist churches that occasionally delivered food and clothing (to our large, low-income Catholic [at the time] family). -

@sim It just has never worked that way. Even when the split up is amicable, simple things that used to be cute become major irritants and sometimes lead to blow ups. (Child or pet custody arrangement calls are the exception, but they are even more prone to become angry exchanges.) -
