I haven't been putting in much walking recently. Some days, I'm only getting around 2,000 steps. Occasionally, I may reach 12,000. I really should push harder for 15,000 daily steps, because I think that's right around where I feel better physically.

(Many years ago, I used to walk about 25 miles per day going to and from college classes. I was pretty tired by the end of the day. Right now, Somewhere around ten miles gets to be a little tough. I don't think I could currently complete more than 15 miles.)
