S just posed a question:
Someone's doc wants to do a #telemedicine visit over Zoom, including viewing of personal bodyparts. She was asked whether the person should go ahead with it.
My original answer was "If that's the only way to have the appointment, they should do so".
But then S asked me, "if it was you, would you do it?
I would first check to see what other options were available before making the decision.

My co-worker #S is trying to help someone decide whether to allow the doctor to videochat (via a system called "Zoom") instead of a face to face visit. It seems odd that they could use #Zoom unless they are HIPPA certified. With all the security…
