I kinda get that there is the dynamic of sales wanting to sell more shit, and us not having time to produce the shit, but the problem is the issue comes up in the wrong part of the process. The workflow is this: Request -> Accept -> Certify -> Size -> Prioritize -> Onboard The main problem I have is we keep talking about prioritization issues in the sizing part of the workflow.… -

I think Kim Jong-un’s death is still unconfirmed by the PDRK government, so it is just speculation. As I understand it, he has pulled a disappearing act before, so I see no reason to decide he is ill, incapacitated, or dead. For all we know, he may be binge-watching his favorite shows on one of the streaming services or playing some XBox clone of the game Risk and trying to conquer the world that way. -

actually, fixed three things with this setup.
I should have brought my docking station from the office. Perhaps if the stay-at-home gets lifted I can go in and get it. -

interestingly, I still get that message with my work around, but PuTTy says I am in 256 color mode and, more importantly, it appears to be working. -

I had an excellent idea, but I have encountered an early roadblock: "Your terminal appears to support fewer than 256 colors!"
I think the fix is pretty easy though -

Normally, I am in the unpopular "do the suicide if you want" camp, but if you are struggling during the stay-at-home orders, I would urge you to seek help. A) No one wants to go to your funeral right now. B) Your suicide was always going to have a negative effect on some people, at least in the short term. Don't do this to people now. Regarding A, I know someone who committed … -

the whole schemaless thing seems great if you are a start-up/non-profit/etc founder, but it seems like it would be a mess if the person maintaining the database ever left the company.
And I guess if it's the dev maintaining the db and the application stays small, then whatever, but if your application grows, or there are a lot of microservices, then it seems like it would be a mess. -

I was skeptical of this trainer using mongodb on Windows, but the training is really good, actually. I am using a docker images, so a few hiccups following along because of that, but that's just because I didn't want to open bash on the container. I wanted to do it the right way for containers. -
