I kinda get that there is the dynamic of sales wanting to sell more shit, and us not having time to produce the shit, but the problem is the issue comes up in the wrong part of the process.
The workflow is this:
Request -> Accept -> Certify -> Size -> Prioritize -> Onboard
The main problem I have is we keep talking about prioritization issues in the sizing part of the workflow. If you think it is a big ask, just say the size is L or XL and move on.
That said, the process is broken in other places. At the "Accept" phase, we can either Accept (most of the time what we do), Deny, or mark for Research. However, no one is tasked with researching it and there is no workflow for going back to the Accept phase post research. For now, it probably makes sense to have everyone on the call since I am new, but eventually I think we should probably drop someone. It is taking up too many people's time.
