so I think the driver may have shown up and I was looking under Data Sources, not Drivers.
Regardless, now I have three different mysql drivers. idk which one is right, so time to pick one :) -

this is owned by the proper user: [centos@ip-10-250-75-75 16:44:13 wildfly-19.0.0.Final]$ ls -la /opt/wildfly-19.0.0.Final/modules/com/mysql/main/mysql-connector-java.jar -rw-r--r-- 1 wildfly wildfly 883898 Jun 2 16:21 /opt/wildfly-19.0.0.Final/modules/com/mysql/main/mysql-connector-java.jar But it doesn't show up as a JDBC driver in the #wildfly #HAL. I did use a different pro… -

interesting...when I try to connect directly to 9993 it doesn't work. I am not going to worry about it. I know what I need to do.
[centos@ip-10-250-75-75 16:14:25 m2c1]$ /opt/wildfly-19.0.0.Final/bin/jboss-cli.sh -c --controller=10.250.75.75:9990

I think *some* business destruction is warranted. For example, Target. Target is everywhere here. There's the Target Center, Target Field, and they are the lead sponsor of Minnesota United. They have a big, tall building downtown. What the hell has Target done for the black population? I'm sure it's not literally nothing, but Target is the status quo, so I think they are a symb… -

The state has sued Minneapolis Police Department for human rights violations. This is the first time any PD has been sued for such.
I guess that's good news, but until Bob Kroll is behind bars or in a casket, I can't see much changing. -

I can't see economic dead zones happening in Minneapolis. First off, pretty much everyone here is sick of the police. University of Minnesota fired them. Minneapolis Public Schools fired them. Very few people in Minneapolis are blaming the protesters. Most people are blaming themselves for not taking stronger action against the police sooner because the police force here has b… -

I guess what I am saying is that if the people most likely to benefit from your presence are sick of your shit, you have been crossing the line for way too long. -

idk that the chief is the problem. It's the union. The chief is relatively new (2017). He's the first black police chief in Minneapolis. I really don't know what tools are at anyone's disposal, but the MPD has long legacy and people are sick of it. I'm sure not everyone agrees, but this is the sentiment in possibly the poshest part of what you might consider downtown, aka my … -

and I probably should have been more clear...looking for people using sqlite in their dev work, not the actual devs of the project. I want to know some of the stuff surround driver usage like what you were saying about it being embedded in the application. -

We were specifically asked about supporting drivers. I told sales we needed more information from the customer and they said we could talk about it next week. I suspect my research will be the only research that has been done, for a variety of reasons. We were able to say yes to a lot of the ask, so I just don't think this is particularly high on the priority list. Sometimes, w… -

Hard to see Frey getting re-elected after this. Why wait until today to pull the curfew button? I guess we will see how he takes on the police force. Same thing for Carter.
So far, Walz is coming out of this looking pretty good, I think. -

any #sqlite developers out there? I would like to talk to you about drivers. -

you import java.sql.DriverManager, but then you still have to call the driver directly. I guess if you have multiple sql drivers that makes sense. Still, if there is just one, you would think it would be smart enough. -

I guess I am assuming there is some sort of abstraction where you point things to JDBC and it doesn't matter the backend, but maybe that is wrong? -
