   Hard to see Frey getting re-elected after this. Why wait until today to pull the curfew button? I guess we will see how he takes on the police force. Same thing for Carter.
   
   So far, Walz is coming out of this looking pretty good, I think.

     idk that the chief is the problem. It's the union. The chief is relatively new (2017). He's the first black police chief in Minneapolis. I really don't know what tools are at anyone's disposal, but the MPD has long legacy and people are sick of it.
