I think *some* business destruction is warranted.

For example, Target. Target is everywhere here. There's the Target Center, Target Field, and they are the lead sponsor of Minnesota United. They have a big, tall building downtown.

What the hell has Target done for the black population? I'm sure it's not literally nothing, but Target is the status quo, so I think they are a symbolic prey.

I can't think of a place I have lived where a single business was as tied to the face of a city. In Charlotte the banks would be the obvious prey, but not just one. If you had to pick one, you would pick Kroger for Cincinnati...but it's not like Target here.
