   The "file" directory of my !gnusocial server is 2,7GB large. What does it stores? Can I delete it from time to time? How does other GNU Social admins handle this growing directory?

   I remember that some time ago I read about a script/tool to delete all messages older than X days on !gnusocial but I can't find it anymore. Does anyone know what I mean and has a link for me? Thanks!

   I'm the only one who is really disturbed that with Wayland it is no longer possible to do stuff like 'sudo -u someUser someGraphicalApp'? Is there any workaround. Or did we lost this with Wayland forever?

    @benediktg there was even a time where you could connect to the Facebook chat with any XMPP client, no plugins or anything else was needed. In general there was a time-frame where XMPP was a real widely used standard (Facebook, Google, gmx, Web.de,...), sadly we missed the opportunity to preserve it. :(
