   Remote profile options...
   The "file" directory of my !gnusocial server is 2,7GB large. What does it stores? Can I delete it from time to time? How does other GNU Social admins handle this growing directory?

     @bes The directory stores all photos or other uploads to the GNU Social instance. If you only want to have the thumbnails from OStatus profile posts on the server you can activate "Oembed".
