@sim @verius The trauma with coming out to my parents about being homosexual did a good job of making sure that I don't really look to others to justify who or what I am ever again, but a lot of people do, and so when you don't justify their view or identity, they take it deeply personally. -

@stigatle Because I had a high paying job at one point my credit cards had what became ridiculously high credit limits and as a result ridiculously high minimum payments, and when the credit card company started demanding more than the minimum payments I pushed myself to just pay them off entirely and tell the credit card company to get stuffed. -

@mangeurdenuage There's a few manufacturers that don't do this (aforementioned Brother is one of them, and they even have RPMs and DEBs for their printer drivers on Linux you can download), but they're the exception and not the rule. -

@verius @camoceltic One particular thing I'd mention: try to have buttons that do different things spaced out as opposed to right beside one another. It reduces mis-presses. Not easy to do on smaller screens, but I think we can do better than Android does right now.
