   Looks like there's a !gnusocial bug some time after f10625f8bc59e3ae52da07fdba910329fad540a3 (Feb 12) which causes OrFox to perpetually reload the page.

   My Google removing patch for !gnusocial got merged! Things such as Google Maps could maybe be implemented as a separate optional plugin if folks want that.

   Removing Google references from !gnusocial. This shows just how pervasive Google actually is. There are obsolete references to code.google.com, and the even more obsolete Google Buzz (one or the original internet privacy scandals). There is also some proprietary Google Maps stuff.

    @mmn @gargron there might be some situations where proprietary is the only option, but otherwise I'd stick to free software. Software which is impossible to independently audit is inherently untrustworthy. Also since I have some experience of the industry, you may think the code quality of FOSS is questionable (heartbleed and co), but the code quality of proprietary stuff is /orders of magnitude/ worse.

    @navigium @jackmcbastard Hubzilla can do things like that, since it has a more elaborate privacy model than just follow or block. I see !gnusocial as being a simpler system.

    Added !gnusocial user creation and removal to #Freedombone. This makes it easy to add or remove users via the control panel, without having to manually register them on each service running on the box.
