Finishing today's #YoCo ( #yogurt and #coffee ). The combination of going all-decaf and reducing quantity threw my brew's flavor off. I'm going to have to learn how to make decaf coffee that still tastes (almost) as good as regular.

Today’s #yogurt was fine. Not frozen. The #coffee isn’t particularly good today. I’m tempted to stir in some ???? honey to try and improve it. But I’m more than halfway through today’s #YoCo, so maybe not. -

Today’s #yogurt was frozen again. This time, I poured #coffee into the container. It wasn’t bad. But because this is a different brand of #yoghurt than yesterday’s, I don’t yet know if it would solve the texture problems that come from freezing. #YoCo -

About finished with today’s #YoCo. The reduced portions of #yogurt and #coffee are not an issue ... I do get hungrier earlier (11:00 instead of 12:00), but otherwise nothing negative to report. -

Good morning and #TZAG. I’m halfway through today’s #YoCo ( #yogurt and #coffee ). To conserve funds, I’ve reduced the amount of #yoghurt by half. I’m also reducing the coffee level and going completely decaf for health and personal well-being reasons.
