In some desert areas there may be underground aquifiers that can be tapped, but they can't be drawn too heavily for too many years or they will run dry. State and local laws apply, so there may be some hoop-jumping required. -

I should try out FairEmail on my phone. Something about Samsung’s power settings prevents K-9 from fetching messages except when I manually tell it to do so. This is even true on some #Wi-Fi networks. -
