@geniusmusing I've heard that they're better in Los Angeles, but on the periphery, we're still not getting full truckloads of paper products. We've got normal supplies of most food products, but no flour.

@geniusmusing That is definitely the case. I was given a bread maker shortly before the panic hit, so I'm baking again after a thirty-five year hiatus. I almost think I need to find a wheat farmer and subscribe to a certain amount of their production.

I don't understand all this rush to buy flour and yeast. Here in ITA where my parents lives those are disappeared weeks ago. In my area there's a little but sometimes goes missing. Why buy everything if you're not used to do it (not you, i mean the fools) and maybe just waste important resources? We're (my inner family) are used to bake or make fresh pasta more or less constan…
