I don't understand all this rush to buy flour and yeast. Here in ITA where my parents lives those are disappeared weeks ago. In my area there's a little but sometimes goes missing.
Why buy everything if you're not used to do it (not you, i mean the fools) and maybe just waste important resources?
We're (my inner family) are used to bake or make fresh pasta more or less constantly every week or so, and now we have the possibility we can't do that. :-/
