   I don't like all the cutesy apps for the #Synology #NAS. Particularly the way each app's storage is somehow separate from the others _and_ they aren't segregated by user. I really want just a networked file system. I can store my grandchild photos under "/myname/Pictures" and put my documents and spreadsheets under "/myname/Documents"; my .oga, .ogg, and .flac files can go unde…

     What I'm probably going to do is remove all or almost all of my files from the app space and just use the direct filesystem access area until I set up the #Odroid #HC-1.
     
     I still need to help my mom and sister get more of their stuff uploaded to the #NAS anyway.
