    A buddy and I are thinking about starting a coaching/training business. The current name of our open source project is Names Are Hard Training Apps, which I love as an #opensource project name, but not so much as a business name.

    There's zero chance KY can't afford it. The people in Lexington and Louisville just don't want to.     can't say about LinkedIn, but Pluralsight is definitely better than YouTube if you aren't just looking for a conference talk.

    and by some...8 of them, although I bet Hawaii is a lot bigger if you include all the ocean between the islands, which I only mention to say that distribution in Hawaii has got to be a logistical nightmare.
