   @triodug Yeah. Used to live near a big open field. In Winter, mice would try to move indoors. I felt bad, but just catching them and taking them back into the field would just result in their returning (or one of their friends ... I think there were just too many for the amount of food; the coyotes kept the outdoor cat population too low).

    @tealturtle Well, for instance, if you used your time machine and sterilized Mr and Mrs Hitler before they conceived Adolf, I don't think anyone would consider that immoral. It gets trickier if you're preventing Ghandi or MLK from being conceived. This is a good morality and ethics though question.
