   I believe the 6 pin is just 3 12volt and 3 ground. An adapter might work if the PSU is powerful enough.

   My 8400 GS was getting to the point where I could barely get 20 FPS out of Minecraft. I suppose an 8800 should do OK.

   They do say they like Ubuntu best. I think their servers are overloaded though. It's pretty slow.

   I just upgraded from an 8400 GS. Fortunately the new card doesn't require an extra power cord. Those are annoying.

    Installed the Steam client for Linux so I can play Starbound. Steam does not seem to work very well.

    Made toast by putting bread directly on the stove burner and flipping it by hand every few seconds. Reasonably effective.

    I know people who love the five-fingers. I haven't tried them. I generally like more support than that although my hiking boots are flexy.
