   I have played so many roles on the other side of the coin, it's basically an icosahedron. I've been the creator and the destroyer, the old man and the child, the instigator and the defender. I've played these roles many times over and over. I feel like I'm 26 going on 40.

   @feld As soon as Pleroma becomes a viable option for me I'm gonna switch. Mastodon is too slow, and I want to be part of a bigger community.

    @dsteele713 I develop a Mastodon fork called Soapbox which incorporates Gab's front-end and some of their features. I did a few bug fixes to Soapbox which they've just now incorporated into Gab. We're not affiliated, just living in the same open source world. I'd be interested in working with them to a greater capacity though.
