AndStatus at GnuSocial.no (andstatus)'s status on Saturday, 09-Nov-2019 23:36:18 EST AndStatus at GnuSocial.no Multiple attachments in #AndStatus implemented in v.52.00, currently in Beta http://status.hackerposse.com/url/15142 Showing multiple attachments in incoming notes should work for all Social networks. But sending for now was implemented only for #Mastodon (tested to work) and for #ActivitiPub #C2S (needs fixes for image posting yet... see http://status.hackerposse.com/url/19287 ) … -
AndStatus at GnuSocial.no (andstatus)'s status on Wednesday, 14-Aug-2019 01:32:45 EDT AndStatus at GnuSocial.no @rmbl Oh, I see that I was confused a bit about terminology. The "Group" notion in #ActivityPub is about a group of Actors (people etc.), but we are talking here about a named "Collection" of notes/activities. But actually GNU Social calls such collections "Groups" :-) I'm creating descriptions and comparisons of Groups/Lists notions in different types of social networks, support… -
AndStatus at GnuSocial.no (andstatus)'s status on Monday, 12-Aug-2019 14:17:03 EDT AndStatus at GnuSocial.no @rmbl Sometimes I need the same, and I also feel that it is inconvenient to keep "unread" all notifications in order not to forget one of them. Recently I started implementation of Group/Lists support in #AndStatus. And I see that creation of some personal "ToDo" group and adding any note/ activity to that group could help in such cases. AndStatus at GnuSocial.no (andstatus)'s status on Saturday, 06-Jul-2019 14:24:38 EDT AndStatus at GnuSocial.no @colegota "Can't synchronize" for "Everything" Timeline is normal (for now...) meaning that there is no such timeline to sync.

don't go "back"!
Switch to the Default TÃmeline via menu instead! https://gnusocial.no/attachment/1533949 -
AndStatus at GnuSocial.no (andstatus)'s status on Thursday, 04-Jul-2019 01:19:08 EDT AndStatus at GnuSocial.no @baloouriza Currently #AndStatus uses Android's native way to handle the stack of activities thus allowing a user to move backwards just like in any other Android app. Changing this would surprise a user... I think that what you really want is that a Timeline in the stack would be automatically updated and re-positioned to the latest viewed position on its opening during the User'… -
AndStatus at GnuSocial.no (andstatus)'s status on Thursday, 16-May-2019 01:36:21 EDT AndStatus at GnuSocial.no @baloouriza #AndStatus has an option to show latest notes first in the Conversation view.
Regarding timelines: how do you "Pull to refresh" at the bottom of the list? I didn't see any such Android app yet...

AndStatus at GnuSocial.no (andstatus)'s status on Wednesday, 13-Jun-2018 15:35:33 EDT AndStatus at GnuSocial.no @why Regarding saving images: this can be done using image viewer that has this feature.
Another option: switch in Settings #AndStatus Storage to External storage - and all downloaded images become browsable by any viewer: they are stored as separate files in the "downloads" subfolder. -
