Considering Louise Mensch was apparently *literally* on the Clinton Foundation's payroll, I would not really consider her media outlet a credible source of information. @moonoffsite @rw And uh, a lot of people do regular forces as an education plan here in Canada too, because the Subsidized Education Plan exists. You owe them a lot of service for that education though, which is something the shitlibs here complain a lot about.
Bonus LOLs round is when someone uses the SEP to get a degree that will be like 110% useless once they're out. -

Like any other community or place that ISNT a walled garden, the Fediverse has a true diversity of people, and this means you get the full spectrum from benign happy cuddly folks, to starry-eyed idealists, to the "normal" people that are more middle-of-the-road, to trolls and other intentionally-unpleasant folk. It's just something you learn to deal with if you want an actually inclusive and diverse community. -

The US has really been trying to force women soldiers through in an "unnatural" fashion (for lack of a better word) and it doesn't really work. Meanwhile the CAF has allowed female soldiers for ages as long as they meet EXPRES … -
