The wording on this is just "off" enough that I don't trust this popup message or the notification in the system tray. No technical writer proficient in English would write "There was a dangerous try to get an access to your computer..." and the notification message mentions "Windows Security Essential" when that is *always* used with the plural "Essentials". https://everybodys.freeball.in/file/e0ba95f1b4e520e813c3b8be72e7262e9ba12745313be8fab9166c8d3e3e7ef1.jpg !security

I always worry that sites like #haveibeenpwned are just aggravating the problem by collecting info on people who think they've been pwned and so likely have weak and re-used passwords. !security

#JavaScript has a lot !security implications and it can currently not be understood by most search engines (I don't know even one that can). So if you want to drive good (and a lot) content into the search engines, you cannot bypass "static" pages (generated with #PHP, #Python, #Perl, #JSF and so on is not static but you can use #mod_rewrite to obsfucate your script names).

1. Oh, damn!! If there was any alternative to Whatsucks...
2. If people would even care about governments controlling our privacy when nobody actually called them...

!Security questions and answers are exactly the same as passwords. Worse, actually. They provide access to a site when you have lost one (or more) of the other authentication factors such as password or username or e-mail address. And even worse, most people provide truthful answers, so with a bit of doxxing it becomes trivial for a cracker to gain access to a site simply by claim…

Anyone using linux <4.7 is advised to patch their sysctl.conf
P.S If you are adding the workaround in /etc/sysctl.d
use the sysctl --system command
