This year I'm going to make it a point to clean up the show notes for my old #HPR episodes and record a couple more. I also intend to continue releasing as much of my code as I can under the #gpl. Hopefully I can find some time to step up my !go by a few stones as well.

basing a decision in Costa Rica on US-based law sounds like a bad idea (this is not to say Jessica doesn't do great work with the affiliate teams...maybe it is just the cautious nature of a proto-attorney)

my point was that if he is looking for legal advice he needs to find someone licensed in his jurisdiction, but if just just looking for legal information, the civil/common law distinction was probably good enough.
