Finished with today’s #YoCo ( #yogurt and #coffee ). Because I bought the pumpkin spice flavored coffee and added it to my regular decaf, still having the “got to go now” urgency thing.
This is evidence, I guess, that caffeine (or something else that gets removed during decaffeination) is behind it.
