@1iceloops123 There are trade & vocational programs in some areas. It depends on what kinds of jobs your area has available. Unfortunately, I don't know what programs and what jobs are available there. Maybe your state jobservice office will be able to help.

@rw I remember stumbling onto a site where they believe earth is hollow, with a hole at the North pole. Supposedly, some early polar orbit satellite launches failed because they fell into the hole. So maybe "inner" earth is different than "outer" earth. -

#TZAG. It is 07:45 US-Pacific and 52F / 11C in my room and 25 F / -4C outside.
About finished with today’s #YoCo. The reduced portions of #yogurt and #coffee are not an issue ... I do get hungrier earlier (11:00 instead of 12:00), but otherwise nothing negative to report. -

@sim Part of this is a myth. "Better", more expensive restaurants usually use the most of the same quality and nutrition reducing shortcuts as fast food restaurants do. Their food is not usually healthier. When poor people don't eat out, they eat packaged microwave meals or "add water and cook for 15 minutes" meals that are even worse than eating out. -

Not everyone found a land of plenty. Many of us struggled just to survive. I was telling one of my sisters recently that less than twenty years ago, I stopped eating instant ramen noodles as a 2-3x/day meal because I suddenly could afford real food.
