Back from today’s walk. It was a little shorter than usual, but my thighs feel like I took a ten-plus mile hike uphill all the way, wearing ankle weights. Ball of right foot is a little sore and stiff again. Same spot that was sore and swollen for a year after I whacked into a piece of concrete sticking up from a cracked sidewalk during the year I was in Puerto Rico. -

I should add that even though $EMPLOYER is a non-medical agency, there’s some expectation that the agency will be called to assist with response to the #COVID-19 / #2019-nCoV outbreak.
Maybe I’ll learn how to put on a hazmat suit and spray people with disinfectant. -

@guizzy Nu-Trek = JJ Abrams' Star Trek movies? I only saw the first one, but it was a million times better than the older movies. Sacrilege, I know, but I'm not a trekkie, I just liked ST-TOS (and the little bits of ST-TNG and ST-DS9 that I saw, but that wasn't much) and thought the older movies stunk like dead fish. -
