I didn't watch the video yet, but I did spend years working in fast food while I was in college & university. Every piece of automatic equipment in a restaurant must be disassembled and cleaned daily. Managers don't like to pay for those hours, so it is rare that anything that does not show gets cleaned. Averages for the week vs other men who use Samsung's health app:
* double the average daily activity time (but about half my pre-lockdown time)
* almost double the number of steps (but around 40-50% less than in February; the avr also dropped by around 40%)
