     Oldest and youngest aren’t answering. I know the middle son is at work (though he’s possibly changing shifts, with the result that he’ll be off on weekends).

     Did a search to find out where that scene in the movie "Hair" was filmed. They say it was in or near Barstow. I was guessing SR-138 near Antelope Valley, but I guessed wrong.
     
     I've driven though Barstow a few times and Antelope Valley a few times (always many years after the filming), and I thought the background looks more like AV.

     Just got a message from #sonOne explaining that he’s currently on double shifts and overnights, so he’s either been at work or asleep when I’ve called. After all the years that I worked full-time and went to college full-time (and often had a second part-time job), I’m not a fan of such schedules. They really do tear up relationships.
