One of my brothers has been furloughed by his $EMPLOYER for a few months, despite being in a position where he has to remain available for (unpaid) work, so that there would be an operation to reopen if and when the #COVID-19 outbreak is in control enough for his industry to be allowed to open.

Today, he sent some of us siblings a pre-announcement of his upcoming business venture.
