   anybody know how #Zuul and #Hystrix interact? If a job is completing, just slowly, it doesn't seem like a timeout would be the issue.

     I can tell you for sure that not all Perforce software interacts seamlessly.
     
     In any case, the Zuul issue turns out to be a political one for now. My suspicion is this is resolved as far as I am concerned, but we shall see.
