Bought banana bread mix (just add bananas, egg, water). It said to use oven at 400F for 45 minutes, but I stuck it in the breadmaker, so whatever the temperature for almost two hours.

That will be today’s second loaf. The first was whole wheat. I think it needed more xanthan gum (substitute for extra gluten) and more yeast, but it is still okay. I just don’t think it rose enough.
