   Firecrackers and every other kind of personal fireworks are illegal in this county because of fire danger. Most recent nights, there's about 40 minutes of flying fireworks.
   
   I'll just watch the portion of the municipal Independence Day fireworks show that I can see from the back yard. No need to test whether the weed-clearing we did was sufficient.

     Uh oh. Someone just informed me there's a #conspiracy_theory that the #CIA is behind this ... that they are trying to get Americans used to hearing explosions.
     
     I don't know about what happens where anyone else lives, but this is not unusual in #SoCal.
