In light of the #George_Floyd killing, maybe it is time for businesses to re-examine their "call the police policies" for non-violent crimes. Every time the police get involved, there's a chance they'll kill somebody.

(Note: it is easily possible that he would not know that a twenty US dollars bill he used was counterfeit ... e.g., he got it as change from another store or bank.)
