No time or energy for it now, but I *really* need to write a long blog post about net neutrality, its historical antecedents (common carrier, last mile, natural monopoly), and why "free market" types should be its strongest supporters.

Spoiler: It isn't a free market if one party has the power to force or coerce its way on the other.
