     Since 16:53 PDT ( 23:53 UTC ), so a little over an hour so far. At the end of the US workday, so this won't be a big screech and howl event. They'll be back up long before morning.

     (I've never even seen Slack, but outages and how organizations respond to them and what they do to try to prevent them is an interesting thing to see.)
