   I very much dislike Banque d'Amerique. The Cal-EDD debit card is with Bank of America. So they occasionally shut the card off for "suspicious purchases". The last time, it was because I bought groceries at Target. This time, because I bought toner at Staples. Sure, a phone call gets it reactivated, but why can't EDD deposit directly into my bank account like employers and the …
