   @guizzy I looked at (new) sewing machines recently. My mom gave me some basic lessons when I was about 10, but family fortunes soon changed and the machine was sold.
   
   Maybe I'll hit pawn shops and thrift stores. I don't want all the fancy computerized stuff. I'm not planning to play Suzie Seamstress, just learn to sew and patch some items of clothing.

     @guizzy @why@shitposter.club Given the choice, always pick laser printers over inkjets. My household used to spend ~USD$30/month on ink ... now around USD$90/year for toner. And the printers themselves tend to last longer, too. I replaced my original laserjet because there were no drivers for the Win8 and newer, not because there was anything wrong with the printer.
