I guess I should go ahead and call $EMPLOYER’s support line to get the cell phone replaced. In under two hours, without using it at all, it went from 100% charged to 13% and shutting down.
It’s just such a demotivating hassle to call them, have them step me through all the things I need to do to prove it needs replacing, then have them put me in a queue for financing to pay for it.
