   I recently upgraded my #xubuntu to 19.10, and now the UI locks up. I can still get to another shell with CTRL+ALT+F1, and the machine isn't under load. Has anybody else seen this? Any suggestions? #ubuntu #linux

     @musicman I recently experienced this twice on #Kubuntu 18.04.3 LTS. However, I think I had either CPU or RAM + Swap at nearly 100%.
